Look at this picture! This is some hand-made Kimuchi!
The mother of one of our “Kids’ course” students in Kinshicho made it with a Korean lady.
She kindly gave some to us. I ate it last night and tonight. It was delicious!

That sounds nice, Mina. I really like kimuchi – especially with a parboiled egg. I always have this at Gyu-Kaku whenever I go there. I also like kimuchi in soup. I don`t know much about Korea but I`ve heard from friends that kimuchi features in alot of dishes there.
Tasty, but I`m not sure I`d want it in my cornflakes!
It looks delicious but is it very spicy? I can eat mildly spicy food but not really hot!
It is very very spicy! but I love very spicy food!
