What are you doing for your Golden Week?
I’m playing beach volleyball, but I’m out of condition, so I’ve been putting in some serious exercise recently!
I’ve got about one week to get ready to play so I’ll do my best!

What kind of sports do you do? I always wonder about it as you’re muscular! And your skin’s tan!

About muscle is simply that I often go to the gym to exercise for my health.
About tan that I think a short white asian man seem weak.
If I try to improve them.
One is very difficult or impossible.
But the other is very easy.Moreover, it can do in the gym!
