にゅうめん とは、温かいそうめんのことで、
坦々麺の“麺”を“そうめん”に代えるだけです。
お店のメニューにあるのを見たことはないんです。なので。手作り。一時、私と私の友達の間でブームに。…て、ローカルですみません。
あのスープにそうめんは意外と合うので、２束いっちゃいます（笑）
